Keith Vaz MP, the co-chair of the Tiffin Cup said: “We are delighted that The Spice House has been Highly Commended in the Tiffin Cup 2016. This is a great tribute not just to the nomination of local MP Richard Graham but also to the constituency of Gloucester as a whole.”
Barton and Tredworth city councillor Sajid Patel said “I have dined at The Spice House on a number of occasions and I have been very impressed by the quality of the food and the warm friendly service.
I am delighted that they have been Highly Commended in the Tiffin Cup. It is unfortunate that they did not manage to reach the Grand Final, but nonetheless this is such a prestigious award and for them to be honoured in this way is testament to the hard work of all their staff.”
The Spice House owner Koyash Meah said “We are very grateful to our wonderful customers who have supported us from the very beginning and we hope that they will continue to support us in the future.
Our highly experienced chefs will continue to provide our customers with great food which will also be matched by our excellent customer service. I am delighted that we have been highly commended and hope that people will try us and see why.”
